All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at steepedinstones@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue.

To report a damaged item, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We reserve the right to assess each damaged item claim on a case-by-case basis.
